About the Role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer (Azure Development Specialist) with strong development capabilities to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, working with modern cloud technologies, and collaborating closely with developers to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices and automation throughout the SDLC.
  • Develop and maintain tools and scripts in Python, Java, or C#.
  • Implement and manage containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) to ensure scalable deployments.
  • Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, ARM templates) to manage cloud environments.
  • Ensure code quality and reliability through effective source control management (Git).
  • Drive process improvements by applying Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve pipeline, build, and deployment issues.
  • Stay updated with evolving technologies to continuously improve infrastructure and development workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or related engineering role.
  • Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline design.
  • Solid programming experience with Python, Java, or C#.
  • Hands-on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM templates).
  • Proficient with Git and collaborative source control workflows.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and DevOps principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and efficiency.
