Engineering Officer – Electrical
για τα κεντρικά της γραφεία στην Αθήνα.

Η εταιρεία διαθέτει δύο ιδιόκτητους σταθμούς παραγωγής στη Θήβα και τη Θεσσαλονίκη, συνολικής ισχύος 820 MW, που λειτουργούν με φυσικό αέριο, εξασφαλίζοντας καθαρή και αξιόπιστη ηλεκτροπαραγωγή.

Ο ρόλος αφορά
στρατηγική υποστήριξη, τεχνική καθοδήγηση και συντονισμό ηλεκτρολογικών δραστηριοτήτων συντήρησης
, καθώς και συμμετοχή στη
σχεδίαση και κατασκευή νέων Μονάδων Παραγωγής
.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Υποστήριξη της απόδοσης των μονάδων (efficiency, capacity, reliability, flexibility) και προτάσεις βελτίωσης.
  • Συμμετοχή στη διαμόρφωση του ετήσιου προγράμματος και προϋπολογισμού συντήρησης.
  • Σύνταξη τεχνικών προδιαγραφών νέων έργων της εταιρείας.
  • Ανάπτυξη και επίβλεψη μεθοδολογιών συντήρησης και επιθεώρησης.
  • Υποστήριξη στον εντοπισμό και επίλυση τεχνικών θεμάτων (troubleshooting, predictive/preventive/corrective).
  • Ρόλος ως βασικός φορέας τεχνικής και συντηρητικής τεχνογνωσίας.
  • Συμμόρφωση με τα πρότυπα HSE και ISO και συνεχής ενημέρωση.
  • Ανάπτυξη και υλοποίηση στρατηγικών έργων για τη βελτίωση της απόδοσης και αξιοπιστίας.
  • Σχεδιασμός πόρων για αποτελεσματική εκτέλεση έργων.
  • Σύνταξη τεχνικών προδιαγραφών για βελτιώσεις, τροποποιήσεις και νέες επενδύσεις.
  • Συλλογή και ανάλυση λειτουργικών δεδομένων και προσδιορισμός σημείων για τεχνικές βελτιώσεις.
  • Υποστήριξη των μονάδων κατά τις προγραμματισμένες διακοπές λειτουργίας και τα major overhauls.
  • Παρακολούθηση και αναφορά KPIs με προτάσεις βελτίωσης.
  • Διαχείριση θεμάτων με δημόσιες αρχές σχετικά με την λειτουργία των σταθμών.
  • Συμμετοχή σε έργα νέας παραγωγικής ικανότητας, αξιολόγηση τεχνικών προτάσεων και επίβλεψη κατασκευής.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο MEng Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού - Μέλος ΤΕΕ.
  • 3+ έτη εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε μονάδες παραγωγής ή βαριά βιομηχανία.
  • Γνώση και εμπειρία σε ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών.
  • Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας και συνεργασίας.
  • Ανάπτυξη δημιουργικών τεχνικών λύσεων.
  • Γνώσεις σε electrical maintenance, preventive maintenance, technical analysis, systems engineering, technical documentation.
  • Ικανότητες project management & resource planning.
