Role Description

The ideal candidate leads the design concept, manages project coordination, and ensures high-quality execution from start to finish. They work closely with clients, oversee design deliverables, and conduct site visits to maintain the project's design intent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full interior design process from concept development to project completion.
  • Develop design concepts, presentations, material boards, and detailed drawings.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to interpret needs and deliver functional, elegant design solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution and ensure alignment with design intent.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in interior design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial design work.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
