Χειριστή - Προγραμματιστή CNC Τόρνου
. Ο εργαζόμενος θα είναι υπεύθυνος για τη λειτουργία και συντήρηση μηχανών CNC τόρνου με σκοπό την παραγωγή κατεργασμένων εξαρτημάτων υψηλής ακρίβειας σύμφωνα με τεχνικά σχέδια και προδιαγραφές. Οι καθημερινές εργασίες περιλαμβάνουν προγραμματισμό, ρυθμίσεις εργαλείων και προετοιμασία μηχανών για παραγωγή, τακτική συντήρηση, ποιοτικό έλεγχο 1
ου
επιπέδου και συνεργασία με την ομάδα μηχανικών και ποιοτικού ελέγχου, για τη βελτιστοποίηση των διαδικασιών κατεργασίας. Η εργασία είναι
επί τόπου
και πραγματοποιείται στις εγκαταστάσεις μας στην
Αθήνα
.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε περιβάλλον μηχανουργείου ή βιομηχανίας κατεργασιών
    τουλάχιστον 3-5 ετών.
  • Άριστη γνώση λειτουργίας μηχανημάτων CNC και Συμβατικών κατεργασιών σε Τόρνο και Φρέζα.
  • Ικανότητα ανάγνωσης και κατανόησης τεχνικών και μηχανολογικών σχεδίων.
  • Εμπειρία στη συντήρηση εξοπλισμού κατεργασίας.
  • Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων
  • Πτυχίο ή τεχνική πιστοποίηση στον τομέα της Μηχανολογίας ή συναφούς κλάδου θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
  • Ικανότητα εργασίας τόσο αυτόνομα όσο και σε συνεργασία με την ομάδα.

Οι δυνατότητές μας περιλαμβάνουν τον σχεδιασμό και την κατασκευή ειδικών εργαλείων για διάφορες βιομηχανικές διεργασίες.
