We are seeking a highly skilled Security Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage security projects involving Breach & Attack Simulation (BAS), Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST), and automated penetration testing.
  • Coordinate execution of security testing activities and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Analyze penetration test findings and drive remediation with relevant teams.
  • Track project progress, risks, and deliverables; report status to stakeholders.
  • Align security initiatives with compliance frameworks and internal policies.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in project management within cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with security testing methodologies (BAS, DAST, pentesting).
  • Understanding of OWASP Top 10, vulnerability lifecycle, and secure SDLC.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Preferred Qualifications (indicative):

  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master.
  • Security certifications like CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or similar.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
