Responsibilities
  • Lead the Shopper Marketing agenda for GR & CY within the DX GR & CY team, reporting directly to the DX Lead GR & CY.
  • Fully integrate Shopper Marketing into the GR & CY business plan, with end-to-end ownership of Shopper Marketing activities.
  • Manage the Shopper Marketing calendar, TM equipment, and POSM processes.
  • Ensure compliant management of the Trade Marketing budget, with accountability for efficient and timely spending.
  • Lead, develop, and coach the Shopper Marketing team, fostering professional growth, excellence, and team wellbeing
  • Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, and Perfect Store teams to deliver MWB KPIs.
  • Works cross-functionally to ensure that shopper marketing initiatives are aligned with brand and commercial priorities.
  • Owns the Shopper Marketing agenda and calendar for GR & CY.
  • Responsible for decisions on budget allocation, POSM usage, and trade marketing equipment investments.
  • Leads prioritization of Shopper Marketing resources and campaign focus areas.
Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree / MBA


• Minimum 5 year experience in commercial function in executive level (Trade Marketing, Sales, Marketing)

• High level of business acumen

• Quantitative and qualitative research (good consumer marketing knowledge)

• P&L understanding

• MS Office and Internet literate

• Excellent level of English language
