Financial Analyst

Scope:

We are looking for a detail oriented Financial Analyst who will play a key role in driving financial performance through in-depth analysis and will actively contribute to key financial planning processes. The role reports to the FP&A manager.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial performance against budget and prior year, identifying key variances and providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Participate actively in budgeting and forecasting processes across business units, contributing to the financial planning cycle.
• Monitor KPIs and conduct variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives and evaluate potential business opportunities.
• Work closely with Business to ensure accuracy, data quality and alignment with KPIs.
• Work closely with the Accounting and IT department to enhance reporting accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related fields.
• 2-5 years of experience in a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to interpret financial data.
• Ability to deliver respecting the deadlines.
• Promote automations and process improvements.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
