Data Analyst
to join our team and turn complex data into compelling stories to join our dynamic team in
Heraklion, Crete
. In this role, you will be the bridge between raw information and strategic decision-making, building BI solutions that empower teams and directly influence the company's direction.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple large-scale sources
• Design and develop BI solutions such as reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven insights
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic business decisions
• Stay current with emerging BI tools, technologies, and best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst role
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in writing and optimizing complex queries for large datasets
• Experience with a programming language for data analysis (preferably Python)
• Experience with BI & analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• Analytical thinking and capability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in Greek & English

Nice To Have

• Experience with data warehousing is a plus
