About this role:

We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst to join our team and turn complex data into compelling stories. In this role, you will be the bridge between raw information and strategic decision-making, building BI solutions that empower teams and directly influence the company's direction. The role is based in our HQs in Kolonos, Athens or Heraklion, Crete.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple large-scale sources.
• Design and develop BI solutions such as reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven insights.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Stay current with emerging BI tools, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst role.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in writing and optimizing complex queries for large datasets.
• Experience with a programming language for data analysis (preferably Python).
• Experience with BI & analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Analytical thinking and capability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Greek & English.
