Η ΕΚΑΤΕΡ Α.Ε., αναζητά:

Πολιτικό και Μηχανολόγο Μηχανικό για τη στελέχωση ομάδας εργοταξίου στη Βοιωτία.

Αρμοδιότητες Θέσης:


• Επιβλέπει και συντονίζει τις εργασίες


• Παρακολουθεί την πρόοδο των εργασιών, την τήρηση του καθημερινού προγράμματος και του χρονοδιαγράμματος του έργου


• Συντάσσει προμετρήσεις και επιμετρήσεις των εργασιών, των απαιτουμένων υλικών και τους προϋπολογισμούς αυτών


• Εποπτεύει την ορθή υλοποίηση των εργασιών από τους υπεργολάβους, σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές κατασκευής, τις απαιτήσεις του έργου και το πρόγραμμα εργασιών


• Συντάσσει και ελέγχει τους λογαριασμούς – πιστοποιήσεις υπεργολάβων


• Υποστηρίζει την προετοιμασία των υποβολών προς τον Κ.τ.Ε.


• Τηρεί ημερολόγιο και αρχείο έργου


• Εντοπίζει και διαχειρίζεται τους κινδύνους του έργου


• Προετοιμάζει αναφορές σε εβδομαδιαία / μηνιαία βάση και ενημερώνει τον Διευθυντή Έργου σχετικά με την εξέλιξη των εργασιών


• Διασφαλίζει ότι το έργο υλοποιείται σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα Ποιότητας, Υγείας & Ασφάλειας της εταιρείας

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:


• Πτυχίο Πολιτικού Μηχανικού ή Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού ΤΕΙ / ΑΕΙ


• 3 έτη κατ' ελάχιστον εμπειρία ως Μηχανικός εργοταξίου ή / και σε Τεχνικό γραφείο έργου


• Εμπειρία σε επίβλεψη και συντονισμό εργασιών εργοταξίου Κτιριακών έργων


• Ευχέρεια σε σύνταξη προμετρήσεων, επιμετρήσεων και προϋπολογισμών έργων


• Καλή γνώση αγγλικών προφορικά και γραπτά (C2)


• Πολύ καλή γνώση προγραμμάτων MS Office, χρονικού προγραμματισμού MS Project και σχεδιασμού AutoCAD

• Άμεση αντίδραση και επίλυση καθημερινών λειτουργικών θεμάτων


• Ανεπτυγμένες διαπραγματευτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες


• Οργάνωση εργασιών & λήψη αποφάσεων


• Ευελιξία και γρήγορη ανταπόκριση σε συνθήκες εργασιακής πίεσης


• Ικανότητα συντονισμού και διαχείρισης παράλληλων εργασιών
