We are currently seeking a skilled Engineering Manager / Team Leader to lead and inspire one of our mobile teams at Snappi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of robust, scalable mobile solutions while fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance engineering culture.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers during the full software development lifecycle and promote best practices in design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, design, and other cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with company goals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Promote innovative thinking, creativity, and problem-solving to address complex technical challenges.
  • Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives to build a world-class engineering team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading small, lean engineering teams that delivered complex projects successfully.
  • Strong knowledge of backend technologies like C# or Java and frontend technologies like MAUI or Blazor
  • Track record of delivering end-to-end software systems across backend and frontend layers
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), microservices architectures, and modern development tooling such as Git, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with financial or banking solutions is considered a strong plus.
