Η Ifansi, μία από τις μεγαλύτερες εταιρίες χονδρικής πώλησης υφασμάτων ένδυσης, με έδρα στη Νέα Φιλαδέλφεια, αναζητά Client Service Specialist για τη Διεύθυνση Πωλήσεων.

Κύρια καθήκοντα

Σκοπός της θέσης είναι η παροχή εξαιρετικής εξυπηρέτησης προς τους πελάτες και η υποστήριξη της εμπορικής ομάδας. Ο/Η κάτοχος της θέσης:

  • Λαμβάνει και καταχωρεί παραγγελίες πελατών στο μηχανογραφικό σύστημα, παρακολουθεί την εξέλιξή τους και επικοινωνεί με τον πελάτη για οποιοδήποτε σχετικό θέμα.
  • Απαντά σε ερωτήματα πελατών σχετικά με τα προϊόντα, τις παραγγελίες και τις παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες.
  • Διαχειρίζεται αιτήματα ή ζητήματα πελατών σε συνεργασία με τα αρμόδια τμήματα.
  • Συντηρεί και αρχειοθετεί τις απαραίτητες πληροφορίες και έγγραφα, διασφαλίζοντας την ακρίβεια των καταχωρήσεων.

Προσόντα & Δεξιότητες

  • Επαγγελματική εμπειρία στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, κατά προτίμηση B2B (τουλάχιστον 2 έτη).
  • Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office και θα εκτιμηθεί προηγούμενη εμπειρία ERP συστήματος
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση.
  • Οργανωτικότητα, υπευθυνότητα και συνέπεια.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών εργασιών και αποτελεσματικής προτεραιοποίησης.
  • Επιθυμητή (αλλά όχι απαραίτητη) γνώση του κλάδου υφασμάτων ή ένδυσης.
  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Marketing ή συναφές αντικείμενο θα συνεκτιμηθεί.
