Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες
- Διαχείριση και ενδυνάμωση σχέσεων με υφιστάμενους εταιρικούς πελάτες.
- Αναγνώριση νέων επιχειρηματικών ευκαιριών στον χώρο της κυβερνοασφάλειας και ανάπτυξη στοχευμένων προτάσεων.
- Κατανόηση των τεχνικών και επιχειρηματικών αναγκών των πελατών και ευθυγράμμισή τους με τις λύσεις της CENOBE S.A.
- Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting για την επιτυχή υλοποίηση έργων.
- Παρακολούθηση έργων και SLA, διασφάλιση υψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης και ικανοποίησης πελατών.
- Προετοιμασία εμπορικών προσφορών, συμβάσεων και παρουσιάσεων.
- Παρακολούθηση της αγοράς Cyber Security και των ανταγωνιστικών λύσεων.
- Επίτευξη ποιοτικών και ποσοτικών στόχων πωλήσεων.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
- Προϋπηρεσία 2–5 ετών σε ρόλο Account Manager, ιδανικά σε τομείς Cyber Security, IT ή Telecom.
- Καλή κατανόηση τεχνολογιών όπως network security, cloud security, penetration testing, red teaming
- Ισχυρή ικανότητα επικοινωνίας και διαπραγμάτευσης.
- Δυνατότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών έργων και προτεραιοτήτων.
- Προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα και στην εξαιρετική εμπειρία πελάτη.
- Άριστη γνώση ελληνικών και αγγλικών.
- Πτυχίο σε Πληροφορική, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφή τομέα (επιθυμητό).
Επιθυμητά Προσόντα
- Εμπειρία σε συμβουλευτικές πωλήσεις (consultative selling).
- Υφιστάμενο δίκτυο επαφών σε κλάδους όπως banking, telco, retail ή public sector.
- Γνώση πιστοποιήσεων και πλαισίων ασφαλείας (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Πιστοποιήσεις πωλήσεων ή vendor certifications (π.χ. Fortinet, Check Point, Palo Alto, Microsoft).
