Agency Officer - Operations & Inventory

Our dynamic and fast-growing real estate agency, dedicated to providing premium service and seamless experiences for our clients, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Agency Officer - Operations & Inventory to support in the efficiency and organization of our office and property operations. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily office and operational functions to ensure smooth business processes.
  • Coordinate the preparation, organization, and updating of property listing materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for property-related items, marketing materials, and office supplies.
  • Assist management and sales teams with administrative and logistical tasks.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into internal systems, databases, and CRM tools.
  • Prepare and maintain operational and inventory reports in Excel.
  • Liaise between the listing, sales, and operations departments to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.

Professional Experience / Qualifications

  • Previous experience in real estate operations / office administration / inventory management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of real estate auctions and related procedures is highly desirable.
  • Experience with the iList platform is considered a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset.
