- Provide outstanding customer support in Swedish and English via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and improve service quality.
Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and enhance customer service skills.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting.
Must have a valid Birth Certificate and a renewed passport for relocation.
