The Role in a Nutshell

Are you an experienced QA professional with a knack for leading teams and optimizing testing processes? We're searching for a QA/Test Lead to oversee and enhance the Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) practices. If you have a passion for quality and experience in test management, this is the role for you

Your Day-to-Day
  • Organize, manage, and execute the QA testing and UAT practices.
  • Define and implement QA/UAT strategies, providing governance and oversight for QA teams.
  • Lead and contribute to test scenario authoring and execution activities to ensure robust test coverage.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps Test Plans (or similar tools) for end-to-end test management, tracking, and reporting.
  • Guide the team in using test automation suites like Selenium and Playwright to streamline testing processes and ensure high-quality releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance test strategies and improve product quality.
Your Key Strengths
  • 5 years of experience in QA, with proven experience leading QA and UAT teams.
  • Strong expertise in QA/UAT strategy definition and team management.
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools like Azure DevOps Test Plans.
  • Familiarity with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills for coordinating cross-functional teams.
