As a
Lighting Applications & Project Engineer
, you will play a key role in the execution of technical tasks related to lighting design and application for smart and connected lighting systems, both for indoor and outdoor environments. These include urban areas such as streets, squares, parks, commercial spaces, industrial facilities, and sports venues. You will work according to established procedures and technical standards, supporting the company's commercial activities across both public and private sector lighting projects.

What you will do:

  • Development of Technical & Financial Lighting Proposals

Design customized lighting solutions by selecting and configuring the appropriate product mix from the company's portfolio. Ensure solutions meet the project's lighting, energy efficiency, and cost objectives.

  • Preparation of Application Studies for Public & Private Sector Projects

Conduct site-specific photometric simulations and define product placement and specifications in line with technical standards (e.g., EN13201), often for projects such as urban lighting network upgrades (e.g., municipal Masterplans).

  • End-to-End Technical Support

Provide support throughout the project lifecycle—from design and procurement to installation and operation. This includes on-site inspections, product testing, training sessions, performance measurements, and compliance checks based on standards like EN & 4.

What you will bring:

  • Solid understanding of lighting technology and techniques for both interior and exterior environments (urban lighting experience preferred).
  • Proven experience in lighting application studies according to standards such as EN13201, EN12464, EN12193, CIE 088, using tools like Dialux Evo or Relux.
  • Familiarity with lighting and energy measurement tools and data management systems.
  • Knowledge or experience with Smart Lighting Control Systems and IoT-based lighting solutions.
  • Familiarity or certification in Project Management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English, with the ability to deliver technical presentations and reports effectively.
