What Your Day Might Look Like:

  • Craft Data-Driven Campaigns: Design proactive, targeted migration and renewal campaigns that not only boost customer satisfaction (NPS) but also unlock hidden value and keep revenue soaring. Think "below the line" magic, powered by data
  • Become a Campaign Optimizer: Dive deep into campaign performance, constantly tweaking and optimizing tactics to hit those critical targets (CR, SR, Uplift, Revenue). We're talking real-time adjustments, fueled by data insights
  • Unleash Your Inner Data Wizard: Wrangle massive, complex datasets using powerful analytical and statistical tools (SPSS Modeller & PEGA, anyone?). Turn raw data into actionable insights that drive real results.
  • Deliver Actionable Insights: Transform customer insights into compelling weekly/monthly reports and presentations that spark meaningful action. We're not just reporting data; we're telling a story
  • Drive Customer Delight: Become the champion of customer insights, translating them into strategies that enhance customer experience and build lasting relationships.
Requirements

  • Organization & Problem-Solving Maestro: You're a master of organization, problem-solving, and time management, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Statistical Sorcerer: You wield statistical models and methods to pinpoint the most "appealing" target populations, turning data into precise action.
  • Academic/Experience Ace: You hold a degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Marketing Research, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, or you bring equivalent real-world experience to the table. We value both
