The Role

To achieve our mission, we're looking for engineers who not only have a strong technical background but also understand the product and can make a meaningful impact on it. We're currently seeking a Senior DevEx Engineer, to join our SRE team and deliver value across the entire Engineering department by improving the efficiency of our Software Development Lifecycle

Your key responsibilities

• Improve local testing in order to decrease the feedback loop on changes.
• Implement automations which streamline integration & e2e testing.
• Develop internal tools to enable validation of changes in dynamic production-like environments.
• Enhance observability across build, test, deploy, and runtime stages.
• Collaborate with all Engineering squads to build self-service tooling.

Who you are

• At least 7 years of working experience as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar position.
• Passion for improving engineering workflows and developer productivity.
• Security awareness with secure-by-default mindset.
• Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational challenges and propose thorough iterative solutions.
• Experience in working within a cross functional team & collaborative environment.
• Ability to partake in and contribute to technical, design, and retrospective dialog.
• High level of pragmatism.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills.
• Self-motivated and self-managing, with excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
