Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Administrator located in the Athens Metropolitan Area. The Network Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day network operations, including troubleshooting network issues, maintaining, upgrading network infrastructure and ensuring network security. The role also involves providing technical support and system administration duties to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in Network Administration or similar position
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent are a plus
  • Excellent command of the English language (C1 level certification desired, LanguageCert C1 LTE or C1 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
  • Configuration management and administration of Network & Firewalls platforms (Cisco, Palo Alto, ClearPass)
  • Experience in Wireless Technologies (Ubiquiti Networks), Network Monitoring and Capacity Management (PRTG, Syslog)
  • Experience of Network Technologies including routing, VLANs, STP, Ethernet, ACLs, VPNs, SNMP, HSRP
  • Communicate with various levels of management and work closely with IT network leader, IT network team members as well as IT support and systems teams.
  • ITIL certifications will be considered a plus.
  • Strong work ethic, team spirit and excellent problem-solving skills
