Role Overview:

As a Freelance Recruiter, you'll partner with our international team to source, engage, and guide candidates through the recruitment journey. With full flexibility over your schedule, you'll focus on what you do best: delivering top talent while working remotely from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen qualified candidates for a variety of international roles
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability based on client needs
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for candidates, providing guidance and clear communication
  • Adapt recruitment strategies to align with client requirements and market trends

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment is essential (at least 1 year)
  • Proven freelance experience and ability to self-manage workload
  • Comfort with flexible, results-based work hours
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • EU citizenship or the ability to invoice as a freelancer within Europe
