Aναζητάμε Software Support Junior με γνώση κυρίως στο SoftOne ERP για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα υποστήριξης πελατών της εταιρείας μας.

Ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος θα αναλάβει την τεχνική υποστήριξη χρηστών των εφαρμογών SoftOne, τη διάγνωση και επίλυση θεμάτων χρήσης, καθώς και τη συνεργασία με την ομάδα ανάπτυξης για τη συνεχή βελτίωση των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Υποστήριξη χρηστών SoftOne ERP (παραμετροποίηση, αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων, καθοδήγηση).

  • Παροχή τεχνικής υποστήριξης πελατών μέσω τηλεφώνου, email.

  • Καταγραφή και ανάλυση αιτημάτων υποστήριξης.

  • Αναφορά σφαλμάτων και επικοινωνία με την ομάδα ανάπτυξης για επίλυση.

  • Εκπαίδευση χρηστών στη χρήση των εφαρμογών.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ ή ΙΕΚ Πληροφορικής ή συναφούς αντικειμένου.

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση SoftOne ERP (χρήση ή υποστήριξη).

  • Καλή κατανόηση λειτουργιών ERP / CRM συστημάτων.

  • Βασική γνώση SQL και βάσεων δεδομένων.

  • Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών και Αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά).

  • Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας και επίλυσης προβλημάτων.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε θέση τεχνικής υποστήριξης ERP.

  • Κατανόηση λογιστικών ή εμπορικών διαδικασιών (πωλήσεις, τιμολόγηση, αποθήκη).

  • Γνώση λειτουργικών συστημάτων Windows Server ή Linux.
