Η εταιρεία Varda Fashion Group, ηγέτης στο χώρο της ανδρικής και γυναικείας ένδυσης, με πάνω από 150 εργαζόμενους και με περισσότερα από 12 καταστήματα στην Αττική, στο πλαίσιο της συνεχούς ανάπτυξής της, επιθυμεί να εντάξει στο δυναμικό του eshop έναν/μία δυναμικό/ή επαγγελματία για τη θέση του/της Customer Service and Support Officer.

Η θέση προσφέρει πλήρη απασχόληση με έδρα το Γαλάτσι και αφορά την αντικατάσταση εργαζομένου/ης με άδεια εγκυμοσύνης. Η θέση προσφέρει πλήρη απασχόληση και ενδέχεται να εξελιχθεί σε μόνιμη συνεργασία..

Αντικείμενο της θέσης είναι η υποστήριξη και εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών του ηλεκτρονικού καταστήματος, καθώς και η διαχείριση των καθημερινών λειτουργιών του eshop και της διακίνησης εμπορευμάτων.

Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Παροχή ποιοτικής, άμεσης και εξειδικευμένης τηλεφωνικής εξυπηρέτησης των πελατών
  • Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μέσω social media (Facebook) ή/και email
  • Ενδυνάμωση της σχέσης με τους πελάτες και βελτίωση της εμπειρίας τους
  • Καταχώρηση και διαχείριση παραγγελιών
  • Έλεγχος διαθεσιμότητας προϊόντων και παρακολούθηση back orders
  • Διαχείριση μη παραδοτέων παραγγελιών
  • Επικοινωνία με τα συνεργαζόμενα courier
  • Περιγραφή προϊόντων και ανέβασμα φωτογραφιών στην πλατφόρμα
  • Ενδοδιακίνηση προϊόντων ανάμεσα σε υποκαταστήματα, το στούντιο φωτογράφισης και την αποθήκη
  • Ενημέρωση και διαχείριση του Google My Business
  • Υποστήριξη του τμήματος αγορών

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ/ΑΕΙ
  • Τουλάχιστον 2 έτη επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας σε συναφή θέση
  • Γνώσεις διακίνησης εμπορευμάτων και παρακολούθησης αποθεμάτων
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Τουλάχιστον 2 έτη εμπειρίας στη χρήση ERP Softone για eshop
  • Τουλάχιστον 1 έτος εμπειρίας σε περιβάλλον Magento 2
  • Γνώση MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
