What You Will Work On

• The Growth department oversees the entire gaming ecosystem, including Sportsbook, Casino & Online Casino
• The team manages the full suite of rewards and interaction layers, specifically bonuses, tokens, game mechanics, communications, and social interactions
• Drive the full product lifecycle and defining the strategic roadmap, along with the product growth team, while executing new development and optimizing the existing portfolio to meet company goal
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and player behavior. Use data-driven insights to optimize your products and offer the best experience in the industry. 
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to continually improve bonus offerings and resolve issues. Use customer insights to inform product decisions. 
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your product category. Monitor them regularly and make data-driven adjustments as necessary. 
• Stay informed about gambling regulations and ensure that all bonus features and promotions comply with legal requirements. 
• Communicate / pitch the product's strategy, progress and results to internal and external stakeholders, including CRM, Commercial and Compliance teams.
• Act as a mentor and guide for Product Owners, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the team
• Work closely with Product Managers from other verticals to ensure alignment across the company
  

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience with a successful track record in product management, utilizing best practices, tools and techniques
• In-depth understanding of product management lifecycle, agile and lean methodologies; 
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform product decisions
• Ability to lead and influence others and to build strong relationships
• Innovative and entrepreneurial spirit
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Proficiency in English
• Exposure to the betting industry and/or CRM-related field will be a plus
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to identify process inefficiencies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Experience with project management and product tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, BI dashboards) is a plus
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field will be considered a plus
