We are looking for
an experienced, confident, and results-driven business partner that will work
closely with the Financial Controller. The role will
reinforce the G&A Team, responsible for Temenos Global costs in analysing,
budgeting / forecasting, and reporting to key stakeholders. The role will report to the
Financial Controller Manager.

• You will play a pivotal role in the formulation
  of the Global OPEX Annual Budget and Monthly Actuals Reporting and
  Analysis. 
  
• You will conduct detailed cost analysis vs
  Budget/Forecast, analyze past results, identify trends and opportunities,
  and provide recommendations for mitigation of risks
  and improvements. 
  
• You will be the business partner for G&A
  Senior Leadership and distribute monthly Departmental Reports. 
  
• You will assist in evaluation of budget requests. 
  
• You will assist in special projects as assigned
  and provide actionable insights. 
  
• You will prepare data to update/upload standard
  monthly reports and ensure accuracy. 
  
• You will liaise with AP and GL teams as well as
  Statutory Financial Controllers to ensure correct accounting treatment of
  transactions. 
  
• You will ensure compliance to all Group Policies
  and maintain records to enable Audit. 
  
• You will coordinate with G&A team or other
  finance members to review financial information. 

• You should have 4-7 years of experience in
  Financial Accounting, Forecasting, Analysis and Reporting experience
  preferable in a multinational company.
  
• You should have Strong computer literacy
  (Microsoft Office, ERP) – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Oracle/Hyperion
  use will be considered an asset. 
  
• You should have Excellent written and verbal
  communication skills in English. 
  
• You should Assume ownership of tasks and deliver
  with minimum guidance.
  
• You should be able to work independently but also
  as part of a team. 
  
• You should be able to meet deadlines and work
  under pressure. 
  
• You should have strong organizational skills,
  excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize own workload.

• Maternity leave: Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month
