PharOS is seeking for a CRM Supervisor within the Supply Chain department as follows:

Role description

  • Identifying and after confirming with management, taking control and execute cost saving initiatives, which will be within the registered dossier and will not risk the launch or the quality of the product
  • Preparation, monitoring and maintenance of department's KPIs
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by improving service levels in terms of supply
  • Addressing & resolving customer issues
  • Travelling to meet clients/partners to ensure strong business links are forged
  • Reviewing the Supply agreements with clients to identify the supply specifics
  • Assessing the market situation as to be able to identify supply opportunities
  • Ensuring that all work carried out is in compliance with the required standards i.e. GMP and regulatory requirements
  • Monitoring Customer performance in relation to Supply Agreement obligations and proposing amendments via alignment with the BD department
  • Supervising tasks of SC specialists & Launch coordinators
  • Training employees to use CRM platforms in liaison with clients

Experience & Qualification

  • Academic background in a relevant field
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience with demonstrated accomplishments in Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Operations
  • Excellent English oral communication and writing skills
  • PC literacy. Business Central (Microsoft) and SAP will be considered as asset
  • Excellent organizational and communicational skills
  • Ability to deliver under specific and demanding deadlines
