is excited to support our client, a leading renewable energy company based in Athens, in their search for a
Tax Manager
. This is an excellent opportunity for finance professionals with expertise in Tax Compliance to join a dynamic and growing organization.

The
Tax Manager
will be responsible for:

  • Prepare and submit all tax declarations (VAT, VIES, withholding taxes, Income Tax, advertising fee, SRET, IC trademark, interest, dividends).
  • Manage MyDATA entries in the ERP and ensure timely submission to the tax authorities.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records in compliance with Greek GAAP.
  • Support transfer pricing and intercompany transactions.
  • Handle tax audits and liaise with external tax consultants and auditors.
  • Manage contracts and rental agreements, including submission to the tax authorities.
  • Monitor tax law changes and advise on their impact to business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Greek tax legislation and participate in ad hoc departmental projects.

The ideal candidate will possess

  • University degree in Accounting or Finance; postgraduate studies in a related field will be considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Greek tax regulations and familiarity with international tax practices.
  • Previous experience within the construction industry is highly desirable.
  • Class A signatory status will be considered a strong plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Strong drive, proactive approach, and true team spirit.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively within matrix organizations and to navigate complex multinational environments.
