Merchandiser – Sales Representative

As a Merchandiser – Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to support and develop our sales network in Southern Greece. The ideal candidate will visit retail points, maintain product displays, and strengthen customer relationships. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your professional knowledge and experience within an inclusive and structured working environment that supports taking initiative and action.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop relationships with customers in the wider region of Southern Greece.

  • Ensure proper product display and visibility in retail stores.

  • Conduct market analysis during store visits.

  • Monitor stock levels, prepare orders, and support sales targets.

  • Perform merchandising activities during seasonal periods

  • Report market trends and competitors' activities.

Qualifications

  • University and/or Master's degree will be considered an asset.

  • Good command of English language, written and oral (Lower level, at least).

  • Valid driving license (mandatory).

  • Availability to travel to provincial cities in Southern Greece (company car provided).

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM / financial software (SOFTONE).

  • Previous working experience in a relevant position, preferably in the soft lines consumer products / merchandising sector, will be considered a plus.

  • Very good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Strong analytical & critical thinking.

  • Strong drive to achieve results and accountability.

  • Flexibility and adaptability.
