We are looking for a skilled Digital & eCommerce Platform Engineer to join our team and support the maintenance and continuous improvement of eCommerce and digital platforms within a hybrid working model. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, performance, and alignment with the company's business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of digital and eCommerce platforms
  • Manage incidents, problems, and change requests within the platform scope
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integrations and service continuity
  • Coordinate platform upgrades and deployments
  • Work closely with architecture and development teams to support platform scalability and new features
  • Provide 2nd/3rd level support for digital platform issues
  • Document procedures, processes, and knowledge base articles related to digital operations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital and/or eCommerce platform engineering or operations
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and platforms (e.g., CMS, eCommerce engines, APIs)
  • Experience working in hybrid cloud environments
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, logging, and incident management
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
