We're now looking for a Brand Manager to grow the local brand presence of one of our flagship clinics in Athens, "Athens Vision". This role blends creative brand building with hands-on marketing execution, in a modern healthcare setting that values innovation and patient experience.

Your Mission

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns that support growth, brand visibility, lead generation and patient engagement.
• Create and coordinate content for social media, email newsletters, blog posts, and clinic communications.
• Collaborate with external partners to develop promotional assets (banners, flyers, videos, landing pages).
• Support doctors in communicating their expertise and innovations in patient care.
• Organize local events, webinars, and patient info sessions to strengthen community connection and trust.
• Work alongside commercial and medical teams to align marketing with strategic goals.
• Track and analyze marketing performance, using insights to continuously improve campaigns and content.

Your Profile

• BSc/MSc in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM tools).
• Familiarity with social media trends.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic Thinker & Self-Starter: Someone who can work independently, set clear goals, and execute effective marketing strategies.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and performance marketing is an advantage.
• Previous experience in medical marketing is a plus.
