iKnowHow utilizes state-of-the-art technologies and handles end-to-end internal and external project development, from conception to completion. The second pillar of the group is our Robotics & Innovation division, which focuses on the design and production of customized robots.

iKnowHealth, part of iKnowHow Group, is a product-based company that has developed a software solution used in the medical sector, particularly for radiology diagnostic equipment.

Blend Technologies, part of iKnowHow Group, is a brand-new Technology and Innovation solutions company, which brings bespoke services and solutions to drive the new Industry 4.0 era and holds a profound comprehension of the technologies shaping the future, Cloud, Cyber Security and AI.

In the past few years, our HR team has played a crucial role in supporting a workforce that has grown by over 80%. As we enter 2025, with new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software, and robotics, our internal team is also growing.

We are now looking for a HR & Internal Communications Specialist with solid working experience to work in our new challenging projects.

What you'll be doing:

  • Design and deliver effective internal communication initiatives
  • Organize corporate events, career days, and team bonding activities that bring people together
  • Support training programs and skill development initiatives
  • Contribute to the performance evaluation process and employee development plans
  • Strengthen our employer branding through partnerships with universities and career fairs

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in HR or/and Internal Communication
  • Degree in HR, Communications, or related field
  • MSc in HRM would be a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Creative mindset and multitasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office
