Join our fast-paced team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and take OPAP's recruitment strategy to the next level As a trusted partner to our Business Teams, you'll identify top talent, dive into exciting projects, manage diverse roles, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. Ready to make a real impact and elevate our talent game? Let's do this

Your day to day will include:


• Collaborating with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans, understand business needs and critical role requirements, and align on hiring timelines


• Delivering full-cycle recruitment for internal and external vacancy- from job posting and sourcing to candidate engagement, negotiation, and closing


• Interviewing candidates using competency-based methodologies


• Drafting, communicating, and negotiating offers to ensure high acceptance rates


• Leveraging market intelligence to enhance sourcing strategies and recommend improvements to talent acquisition processes


• Ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial screening to offer


• Acting as an OPAP Brand Ambassador by promoting employer branding initiatives and engaging with relevant professional networks


• Organizing and participating in internal and external recruiting initiatives, including university career fairs and company presentations


• Building relationships with educational institutions and managing OPAP's YouthPrograms


• Producing monthly and ad hoc reports on key metrics and actively participating in various HR projects

What you need to succeed:


• BSc/ MSc in Human Resources or other relevant field


• 3 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferable in multinational organization or recruitment agency


• Strong ability to quickly establish credibility with stakeholders


• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information


• Flexible & adaptable personality with strong decision-making skills and attention to detail


• People oriented and results driven


• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Greek and English


• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills


• Positive and enthusiastic personality, thriving in collaborative environments and demonstrating critical thinking skills
