Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and Support
    : Diagnose network issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement effective solutions to maintain system integrity.
  • Network Security
    : Implement security measures to protect client networks against unauthorized access and data breaches.
  • Client Collaboration
    : Work closely with clients to understand their networking requirements and provide expert guidance on best practices.
  • Documentation
    : Create comprehensive network documentation and provide training to client teams as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in network engineering, with a strong understanding of LAN/WAN, routing, and switching.
  • Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent networking technologies.
  • Experience with network security protocols and firewalls.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are highly desirable.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
