Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an IP Networks Engineer based in Athens, with the flexibility for partial remote work. The IP Networks Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. Daily tasks will include network administration, troubleshooting, monitoring performance, and applying solutions for system reliability. Additionally, the role involves implementing network security protocols and developing scalable network designs to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Network Administration and Network Engineering
  • Strong skills in Network Design and implementing scalable infrastructures
  • Experience in Network Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Understanding of Network Security and applying proper protocols
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Solid knowledge of networking tools and technologies (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet FCP/NSE4, or equivalent are highly desirable
