The ideal candidate will understand clients' needs and financials, propose solutions that suit them and create holistic relationships around their property needs (commercial, investment & housing).

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers, lessors and lessees in marketing and purchasing/letting property for the right price, under the best terms
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest deal for all parties
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
  • Display and market properties
  • Cooperate with lawyers, notaries, administrators, lenders, contractors and engineers,
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
  • Collaborate closely with agents from within and outside the office
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
  • Follow training delivered by RE/MAX Abacus Properties and its education partners

Qualifications

  • Hold a university degree preferably on a related field (business administration, marketing, engineering, architecture, interior design etc.
  • )Working experience in sales or any engineering field is considered a plu
