  • System Design: Create new or replacement heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, including load calculations, equipment selection, and pipe/duct sizing.

  • Technical Documentation: Prepare AutoCAD schematics, drawings, equipment documentation, and system descriptions.

  • Costing & Proposals: Develop cost calculations for equipment, technicians, and subcontractors, while preparing competitive offers and evaluating profit margins.

  • ERP Management: Handle quotations, project creation, and order processing within ERP systems.

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical field.

  • Proven experience in HVAC system design (control systems and electrical installations knowledge is an advantage).

  • Certified knowledge of AutoCAD 2D for HVAC design.

  • 2ā€“5 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Experience in project supervision is considered a plus.

  • Strong English language skills (written and verbal).

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Valid driving license.
