About the Role

We're FlyXMarketing, a performance-driven marketing agency based in Athens. We work with international clients in the online services industry and deliver measurable results through paid media, data, and optimization. We're looking for a
Performance Marketing Manager
who can
own client accounts
, handle large paid media budgets, and drive campaigns to profitability. You'll be the go-to person for clients, internal teams, and external partners - ensuring that every campaign is executed on time, on budget, and at the highest performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account & Project Ownership
    : Manage client relationships and coordinate with external partners (agencies, designers, coaches) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Paid Media Campaigns
    : Run and scale campaigns across
    Taboola, Outbrain, Google Ads, Facebook & DSPs
    with a focus on ROI, CPA, and retention.
  • Budget Responsibility
    : Handle campaign budget requests, allocations, and optimizations with efficiency and transparency.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    : Track performance with analytics tools, prepare clear reports, and present actionable insights to clients.
  • Team Contribution
    : Share expertise with junior buyers - they'll learn by watching you operate.
  • Collaboration
    : Work closely with creative, IT, and sales teams to align campaign execution.
  • Compliance
    : Ensure all activities follow
    GDPR and advertising guidelines
    .
  • Innovation
    : Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, test new tools, and apply data-driven improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in
    performance marketing / media buying
    with
    six-figure monthly budgets
    .
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to make independent, fast decisions.
  • Experience with
    ad tech platforms
    (DSPs, SSPs, native networks).
  • Background in
    iGaming, affiliates, or other high-volume industries
    is a plus.
  • Skilled in client presentations and cross-team collaboration.
  • Fluent English;
    must be legally based in Greece
    .
