We are currently managing several renovation and refurbishment projects across Athens, primarily involving existing buildings.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors, ensure quality standards, and support the successful delivery of renovation projects. The ideal candidate has experience working on building refurbishments, structural upgrades, and interior fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities


• Supervise and monitor daily site activities across assigned projects


• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site workforce


• Ensure works are executed according to drawings, specifications, and regulations


• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking


• Prepare daily site reports and maintain site documentation


• Perform quantity take-offs and assist with material orders


• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with Greek building codes


• Identify technical issues on site and support problem-solving


• Liaise with project managers, architects, and consultants


• Support cost control and variation tracking during construction

Qualifications & Experience


• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)


• 3–6 years of experience in construction site supervision (preferred)


• Experience with renovation / refurbishment / building upgrades is an advantage


• Familiarity with Greek construction standards and permitting procedures


• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (Project is a plus)


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks & projects


• Fluency in Greek; good command of English preferred
