Job Title: Data Communication Product Manager

Job Location: Athens, Greece

PositionOverview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Communication ProductManager to drive the expansion and sales of Huawei's IP product portfolio. Thisrole requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background in IPtechnologies, a proven track record in product go-to-market (GTM) strategies,and the ability to foster customer and partner relationships. Candidates withprior experience at leading networking companies are highly preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

Product Expansion & Sales:

• Develop and execute strategies to expand Huawei's IP product market share, including routers, switches, and related solutions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify key opportunities, build customer pipelines, and achieve revenue targets.
• Provide technical expertise during customer engagements to address complex IP networking requirements.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Partner with regional sales, channel partners, and ecosystem stakeholders to drive product adoption.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements for continuous improvement.

Technical Leadership:

• Stay updated on industry trends (e.g., IPv6, SDN, network security) and competitor offerings.
• Deliver technical training and enablement sessions for internal teams and partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, sales engineering, or technical roles within the data communication/IP networking industry.
• Strong technical expertise in IP protocols, routing/switching, VPN, and network security solutions.
• Proven ability to manage product lifecycles and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
