Your initial goals & focus

In your first months, you will:

  • Generate and follow up on new business opportunities (prospecting, virtual meetings, proposals).
  • Build trust with clients through regular communication and consultative support.
  • Manage and grow client accounts with a focus on results.
  • Collaborate with our leadership, marketing, and consultant teams to ensure successful delivery.

The growth journey

Your career path is structured with clear milestones:

  1. Hands-on Learning Phase – in-house training, shadowing, and active account management.
  2. Gradual Growth – shaping proposals, managing clients, and supporting projects.
  3. Consultant Role – leading projects, implementing solutions, and delivering training.

The first 1–3 months are considered a paid learning period, a mutual investment where you'll gain hands-on exposure to our services, clients, and approach.

  • Depending on your experience and drive for results, this phase can be faster or slower.
  • Our goal is to build your confidence so you can step into consulting and project delivery successfully.

What we're looking for

  • 2–3 years' experience in B2B services sales.
  • A Business degree (or related field).
  • Excellent English (Proficiency level) & Greek.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
  • A mindset of achievement, learning, and growth.
