ICON GROUP, with a presence of more than 40 years, in the design, operation, installation and maintenance of Technical and Electromechanical applications and generally in the building sector, is seeking for a candidate, to support Tendering Department and be part of further development for B2B and B2G projects.

Tendering department is of important role of enterpirse's general structure To succeed on that role, the candidate should be interesting in deploying several soft and hard skills and be part of the decision making team. Candidate should also need to have managing skills, team working ect.

Responsibilities

Cadidate's responsibilities, are described as following:

Prepare Technical submittals as per Tender requirements which includes (but not limited to) methods, plans, organization, cost estimation and budgeting, offer, implementation strategies, specialized method statements and commissioning plants etc. Keeping and updating legalization documents, necessary for tender procedures, Issuance and management of letters of guarantee ect. Ensuring correct tendering, compilation and submission of certification documents related to materials and procedures. Project contracting procedures in collaboration with the Legal Department. Technical documentation, in participation with the technical department.

Qualifications

University degree, Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineer. At least 3 years of relevant work experience in cost estimating, budgeting. Excellent knowledge of microsoft Office. Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and Autocad. Experience in a relevant field of activity (technical-construction company) will be appreciated. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge in the legislative framework related to tender procedures (Law 4412/2016, etc.), will be appreciated but not demanded.
