The Role

We are looking for a creative mind who loves innovation, has a passion for writing and research, and wants to help shape the future through European projects.

This role is a mix of:

  • writing inspiring and competitive proposals for EU funding, and
  • providing high-level coordination and project management once projects are approved.

You will be at the center of exciting collaborations with universities, research institutes, and innovative companies across Europe.

What you will do

  • Identify the most relevant EU funding calls and design winning strategies.
  • Write compelling proposals that combine technology, innovation, and societal/environmental impact.
  • Collaborate with diverse partners, "translating" technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives.
  • Support project consortia during implementation: deliverables, reporting, high-level coordination.
Requirements

What we are looking for

  • Outstanding writing skills in English (C1+).
  • Structured thinking, strong analytical ability, and creativity.
  • Comfort with understanding and presenting technology-driven solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to coordinate stakeholders from different backgrounds.
  • A passion for innovation and for creating solutions with a positive impact on the planet.

Nice-to-have

  • Previous experience in proposal writing or managing EU-funded projects.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (PM², PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Network within universities, research institutes, or innovative companies.
  • Experience with collaboration tools (Miro, Teams, Asana, Confluence).
