Break-Even Consulting is a leading technical - consulting company providing excellent quality advisory services. Our areas of expertise include fields such as Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Technology Transfer, Sustainability and Environmental management.

Having secured some of the most impactful and highly prestigious projects in Greece related to Entrepreneurship and Innovation, we are looking for an Innovation & Technology Transfer Specialist. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging cutting-edge research with industry, ensuring that innovative technologies and knowledge are effectively transferred into practical applications with social and economic impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate technology transfer activities within the projects, including drafting and monitoring work plans, ensuring timely delivery of project outputs and preparing reports/deliverables
  • Support the project team and external collaborators, ensuring smooth collaboration across all project activities.
  • Facilitate the creation and growth of spin-offs and start-ups.
  • Plan, organize, and manage events (workshops, training sessions, networking activities, and dissemination events) to promote innovation, technology transfer, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Contribute to proposal writing and project management (EU or national programs).
  • Collaborate with industry stakeholders, innovation ecosystems, and research communities.
  • Present and communicate complex information to diverse audiences.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Proven professional experience in technology transfer, research commercialization, innovation programs or related fields will be considered an asset
