με σημαντικές διακρίσεις και μελετούμε
δημόσια κτίρια πολιτιστικού χαρακτήρα
και
δημόσιους χώρους
σε διάφορες κλίμακες.

Αναζητούμε
Αρχιτέκτονα BIM
με
άριστη γνώση Autodesk Revit
και εμπειρία σε
παραγωγή αρχιτεκτονικών και κατασκευαστικών σχεδίων
μέσα από
BIM περιβάλλον
, για πλήρη απασχόληση στα γραφεία μας στην
Αθήνα
.

Καθήκοντα

  • Δημιουργία και διαχείριση
    BIM μοντέλων
    και
    αρχιτεκτονικών σχεδίων
    σε Revit.
  • Παραγωγή
    μελετών εφαρμογής
    και
    τεχνικής τεκμηρίωσης
    .
  • Συντονισμός με
    μελετητές στατικών, Η/Μ και άλλων ειδικοτήτων
    .
  • Συμμετοχή στην
    οργάνωση και παρακολούθηση έργων
    από τη φάση της ιδέας έως την ολοκλήρωση.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο
    Αρχιτεκτονικής
    (ΑΕΙ ή ισοδύναμο).
  • Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον
    5 ετών
    σε μελέτη και τεχνικά σχέδια.
  • Άριστη γνώση Autodesk Revit
    (μοντελοποίηση, λεπτομέρειες, τεύχη).
  • Καλή γνώση
    BIM διαδικασιών
    και
    τεχνικής τεκμηρίωσης
    .
  • Ικανότητα
    ομαδικής συνεργασίας
    και
    καλής επικοινωνίας
    .
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση
    Αγγλικών
    .
