Senior Java Developer with Cloud
.

Main objectives :
Join the project team of one of our customers from the insurance sector to integrate its IT landscape with Azure Integration Services and enhance the financial department's systems. This project is for our customer NN(the name of the customer must not be posted anywhere) can be told to the candidates directly in the pre-screening fase.

Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend integrations using Java.
  • Build and optimize data integration pipelines in Azure Data Factory.
  • Integrate APIs, external data sources, and backend systems into ADF workflows.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and cloud architects to design robust ETL/ELT solutions.
  • Implement secure, scalable, and well-documented integration solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, CI/CD workflows, and Agile ceremonies.

Requirements :

  • 4+ years of professional experience in Java development (backend focus).
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and backend integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with Azure Data Factory (experience with data pipelines and connectors a strong plus, but motivation to learn is key).
  • Knowledge of relational databases and proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Solid understanding of cloud security practices.implementation and delivery of applications in Java technology
  • Thorough knowledge of cloud development, especially Azure is considered a big plus
  • Working experience with Continuous Delivery (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Git Ops, Terraform)
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and integrations of Java applications in a Cloud environment
  • Clean code, code refactoring, automated testing (Postman/SOAPUI)
