We're seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you excel in fast-paced environments, enjoy problem-solving, and love helping people, this role is for you

Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll assist customers across multiple channels—including phone, chat, email, and social media—resolving account issues, technical concerns, and financial inquiries. Your role will be key in ensuring a seamless customer experience and improving service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional support through phone, chat, email, and social media
  • Assist with account setup, verification, logins, payments, and technical troubleshooting
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact, particularly for clients in the sports industry
  • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Foster strong client relationships through clear and effective communication
  • Ensure all interactions align with company policies and service standards
  • Identify and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
