Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll assist customers across multiple channels—including phone, chat, email, and social media—resolving account issues, technical concerns, and financial inquiries. Your role will be key in ensuring a seamless customer experience and improving service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional support through phone, chat, email, and social media
- Assist with account setup, verification, logins, payments, and technical troubleshooting
- Serve as a reliable point of contact, particularly for clients in the sports industry
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Foster strong client relationships through clear and effective communication
- Ensure all interactions align with company policies and service standards
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
- 0-1 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
