About us

Kinsen Hellas provides comprehensive mobility solutions, including short-term and long-term (Leasing) vehicle rentals, as well as financing options for a wide range of vehicles and machinery throughout Greece for both corporate and private clients.

Kinsen has developed the brands of Europcar (the leading European provider of car rental services and mobility solutions) and "Goldcar" in Greece since 2020 and in July 2025 has reached an agreement with the Europcar Mobility Group for the acquisition of its operating activities in Austria and Hungary.

About the Role

• Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Management and resolve customer complaints.
• Route calls to appropriate resources.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
• Manage incoming clients' requests and leads.
• Make sure that all prospects/clients data are registered in our systems.
• Conduct all necessary administrative tasks to complete the sales cycle process.
• Handle all client's requests and complaints.
• Develop internal and external relationships with customers and clients.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Provide customers the complete vehicle information with costs, terms, and conditions.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠

• 1-3 years previous experience in a customer support role.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Fluency in foreign languages will be considered a strong asset
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Bachelor's degree will be considered an asset.
• Excellent utility of MS Office.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Customer focus.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
