About the Role

We are seeking a talented Backend Developer with experience in NodeJS and MongoDB to join our development team. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and securing scalable backend services that power our digital banking analysis platform. This role requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building efficient and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using NodeJS and Express.

• Work with MongoDB for data storage and retrieval, ensuring high performance and reliability.

• Develop secure methods and implement security best practices for data protection and system integrity.

• Integrate third-party APIs and manage data flows between front-end and back-end systems.

• Optimize application performance and manage cloud infrastructure, preferably in AWS.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high code quality.

• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to ensure seamless integration.

Qualifications:

• 
Experience:
 At least 1 year of professional experience as a Backend Developer.

• 
Technical Skills:
 Proficiency in NodeJS, Express, MongoDB, and secure API development.

• 
Security Focus:
 Experience in developing secure methods and understanding of best practices in data security.

• 
Preferred Skills:
 Knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda) and cloud architecture is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with RESTful API design and microservice architecture.

• Strong understanding of version control (Git) and Agile development processes.
