DigiTech Marketing is expanding and we are searching for a Graphic & Motion Design Specialist with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the iGaming industry for our new collaboration with 301Partners.

Your main responsibility will be graphic design, producing banners, social posts, newsletters, promotional materials and motion graphics for casino and betting campaigns. Understanding player needs and behaviors is key to creating effective, engaging visuals. Youll manage the design process end-to-end while collaborating with stakeholders to meet project goals.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Designing engaging visual assets for banners, social media, websites, and marketing campaigns tailored to the casino and sports betting audience
• Creating motion graphics and animations for promotional videos, ads, and in-game elements
• Collaborating with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure cohesive branding and campaign execution
• Adapting designs for various platforms, including mobile, desktop, and social media channels
• Researching and incorporating trends in the gambling industry to keep designs fresh and relevant
• Ensuring all creative materials align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality

Main Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in graphic and motion design within the iGaming industry (casino or sports betting preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing designs and animations created specifically for gambling or similar industries.
• Advanced proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other motion design software.
• Experience designing for multi-platform campaigns (social media, web, and in-game).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of video editing and 3D tools like Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
