Front Office Manager

- Proper room allocation
- Consideration of all customer requests
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy at all times
- Supervise and support front office staff, including receptionists, bellboys.
- Oversee the recruitment process for overseas positions
- Schedule shifts
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service
- Handle complaints
- Initiate compensations for complaint resolution or take any other necessary action to ensure efficient guest service.
- Troubleshoot emergencies
- Monitor stock levels and order office supplies
- Ensure the company's policies and security requirements are met
- Promote safe and efficient front office operations
- Good Knowledge of PMS. (Protel,Opera)
- Proficiency in English (oral and written), additional language will be considered as an asset
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Hospitality Management degree, Business Administration, or Bachelor degree in similar field
- Must have a professional image and personality exuding confidence
- Single Accommodation provided
